$20 CAT & DOG SPAY / NEUTER

the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Owned cats/dogs only. No fosters or ferals.
• Two pets max per household. No puppy or kitten litters. 
• Must submit one application per pet.
• Owners must reside in one of the following communities in Eastern Oklahoma County: Midwest City, Spencer, Harrah, Jones, Choctaw, or Nicoma Park.
• Applicants must provide proof of residence and photo of pet.
• Selected applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable $20 fee upon being notified that their application was accepted.
• Scheduling will begin in June 2026.
• Owner must provide transportation to and from appointment.
• Deadline to apply is May 31, 2026.

IMPORTANT

• Limited spots are available. If your pet is selected, you will be notified via email and will have 7 days to make payment and schedule your appointment. If payment has not been made and appointment has not been scheduled in 7 days, then that invitation will be cancelled and offered to another applicant.
• Spays and neuters will be scheduled with Safe Haven ABC Clinic in Midwest City within 2-4 weeks of owner being notified that their pet's application was selected.
